Small Boroli fish of North Bengal rivers
Boroli is a favourite small fish of North Bengal. It is one of the few fishes that are still procured from the local rivers of North Bengal. The unique taste of the fish makes it a favourite among the fish lovers.
Since much of Boroli is caught on the river, the fish sold in the market is often mixed with other variety. We ensure that you get only Boroli and not a mix of different fishes, also there is close to 20% wastage of the fish as we cut and clean it before packing. So for each purchase you get more fish.
