We presently deliver throughout the Siliguri Municipal Corporation area. Our delivery area is bounded by the following In the North by NH 10 - we serve south of the highway between Darjeeling more and Bhaktinagar Checkpost. In the east, the eastern bypass is our boundary. In the south NJP and the rail line is the boundary. In the west, the Mahananda River and Siliguri junction rail line is the boundary. You may contact our customer care number if you have any doubts about the serviceability of your area.

Orders with a value of less than Rs. 50 will have a delivery charge of Rs. 30.
Orders between Rs. 50 and 100 will have Rs. 15 as delivery charge. 
Orders above Rs. 100 are delivered free of charge.

Live fish - These fish we buy live, cut and deliver on the same day. These are the freshest. If for any reason we have to store these fish even for one day, we do not sell it under the live fish category.
Local fish - These are mostly smaller-sized fish procured from local farmers or rivers of North Bengal. Most of these fishes have very short shelf life. Normally the fish is sold and distributed within 12 to 26 hours after catching.
Outsider fish - These fishes include some large and some small fishes. These fishes come to the Siliguri market South Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam and even Bangladesh. These fishes may reach your home 2 to 7 days after they are caught.
RTF - These are processed and frozen fish that can be stored for months in storage.

The mutton is not stored at Oi food and we deliver it the same day. However, often chill/freeze the mutton before delivery as the hot and humid weather in Siliguri often leads to the rotting of the mutton within a very short period of time.

The fresh chicken is also delivered on the same day.

The raw fish and meat we procure, reach our processing facility in the morning. It is often delivered to the customer hours after it reaches our centre.  This time gap is enough to cause some decomposition, especially in a hot and humid place like Siliguri. So we store or meat and fish at a low temperature immediately after procurement and bring it out only at the time of delivery. So even fish or meat which are freshly cut may be cold and frozen to help maintain quality.
