Oi Food did not accept return product after delivery.
- An order can be cancelled at any time before delivery. There will be no cancellation charge.
- Any order can be returned to Oi food customer without any charge. In case of return Oi food will pick up the product within 24 hours and refund the entire amount except any delivery charges.
- The customer may opt for replacement of the product instead of return. The same would be replaced within 24 hours without any charge.
- In case of sealed and branded product, once the seal is broken, no refund / replacement will be acceptable. If the seal is not broken, the same policy as mentioned above will be applicable for branded and sealed products also.
- Partial return / replacement is not acceptable.
- Oi Food may decide to stop delivery to or ban any person or address without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The product purchased and the product returned must be the same. The customer can not return a different product than the one delivered to him / her. This is true even in case of generic products.
- The invoice, packets and packaging must be returned at the time of returning or replacing the product.
Refunds
- Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-4 business days
- If transaction is done by through NEFT and Cheque then customer need to share below mentioned details at our Email Id asktg.in@gmail.com from registered e-mail id.
- 1. Account number
- 2. Account Holder name
- 3. IFSC Code
- After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 2 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2-4 business days.
